Our real estate services can include:

• Evaluating your home and/or your vacation home purchase decision.
• Helping you understand and choose your financing options.
• Visiting the proposed building site for a visual inspection of the property and the general area, assuming the property is located close to our office.
• Assisting the Client with a review of assumptions to be used in preparing projections.
• Based on the assumptions that will be provided by the Client we can:
  • Prepare a net operating income projection for 10 years.
  • Calculate the taxable income projection for 10 years.
  • Prepare cash flow projections, before taxes and after taxes.
  • Estimate the projected selling price of the property, annually for 10 years.
  • Calculate the rate of return using the Internal Rate of Return for a 10 year holding period.
  • Estimate the before and after tax sales proceeds.
  • alculate the annual return on equity (CFBT/equity).
  • Re-rerun all the above projections under a different set of assumptions.
  • Prepare an evaluation and critique of these projections.
  • Provide a recommendation regarding a proposed purchase or sale of the subject property.
